He was never intrusive, this guy is the best in his business. After buying the car, Anthony spent about an hour of his time in order to familiarize me in detail with all the features of the car and configure them. Twice have I gone to this dealership under the new ownership of Victory Toyota. Both times we have gotten the pleasure of being assisted by "Big Mike." He has helped me find a leased RAV4 and boy was I picky.. Then my husband a financed used Avalon. We came in this time with the exact car in mind. The 2nd time we came in we brought our daughter & she doesn't like strangers much but she got him singing the itsy bitsy spider by the end of our visit. Not to mention decades ago my father used to work for the old ownership of Metro Toyota, some of my favorite memories is of my dad bringing me to work with him sometimes. Long story short I went out on a limb and asked Mike if they had any left over Metro merch I could buy, (I'm overly sentimental) and he gave me 2 Mugs they had from the previous company. When loading my daughter into the car I forgot I had them stored in her stroller and I dropped and broke the one. I was so sad. Today my husband has to go back in to sign some paperwork, and they have him 2 more mugs to give me because they new the other broke! Needless to say - I will be sticking with Victory Toyota anytime I need an upgrade 🖤

Went back to purchase a new RAV4 and delighted my salesman from 2013 was still part of the team, Mike Ferrett. It was another good experience!

Our salesman Grant was awesome. I found my car online and basically made a deal via text. I was able to negotiate off the MSRP and respectfully ask for no dealer mark ups or add ons and to my amazement when I went to the dealership, that’s exactly what I got… no surprises! The only thing that aggravated me was going to the finance office to sign the final paperwork and then they try to sell you a $2600 extended warranty and all kinds of paint and fabric protection for a lot of money. They don’t like to hear no thanks and keep going. I just kept saying no thank you and the issue was finally dropped. I understand that all dealerships do this to make extra profit but it takes the enjoyment out of buying a new car. Grant walked us through all of the “gadgets” in the car and after he spent probably 45 minutes with us we were on our way. If you’re interested in buying a new Toyota ask for Grant!

I went there for an oil change. I record all of my phone calls, I listened to it back and all me and the employee mentioned was an oil change. I was changed for filters, tire rotation. Pretty bad when you charge people for things that they did not request.
